These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by S G Enterprises, doing business under the brand name eComHelp (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

eComHelp is a privately owned consultancy offering assistance with business compliance, registration, and related professional services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government authority.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services.

2. Nature of Services

We provide professional consultancy and facilitation services, which may include:

• GST registration and related compliance assistance

• MSME registration

• Marketplace onboarding and management

• Shopify and digital commerce support

• Analytics and tracking setup

Certain services are processed with the assistance of third-party professionals or portals. We act solely as a facilitator and do not control the decision-making, processing, or approvals of any government authority or third party.

We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or represent clients before any government authority, tribunal, or court.

3. No Guarantee of Approval or Timelines

• Government approvals, registrations, and processing timelines are outside our control

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval

• Delays or rejections caused by authorities, third parties, or incorrect or incomplete user information are not our liability

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

• Submit valid documents that match official records

• Respond promptly to verification, clarification, or correction requests

You are solely responsible for rejections, delays, penalties, or additional requirements arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

5. Fees & Payments

• All services are paid professional services

• Fees charged are service / consultancy fees, not government fees

• Prices may change without prior notice

• Full payment must be made before service initiation

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Once service processing has started, fees are non-refundable

• No refunds will be provided for:

  • Rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information

  • Delays caused by government departments or third parties

  • Change of mind after work initiation

Any refund, if applicable, is strictly at our discretion and limited to cases where no work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and materials are the property of eComHelp / S G Enterprises and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided

• These Terms are violated

• Services are misused for unlawful purposes

Fees paid will not be refunded upon termination for violations.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including government actions, technical failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
